Questions we're often asked.
Can you take over our existing Control4 system?
Yes. We take over systems other companies installed, including Control4, Crestron and Savant as well as Lutron and Josh.ai, even when the original installer is no longer around.
Our integrator went out of business. Can you help?
Yes. It starts with a visit to see what's working, then we fix what isn't and write down how everything is set up, so the next call is simple.
What's the difference between the Sable Care tiers?
Essential looks after the system remotely and keeps it updated. Signature adds regular visits and tuning. Private adds one dedicated person and help after hours and around events.
How much does Sable Care cost?
It depends on the home and the tier. After a first visit we recommend the tier that fits and confirm the cost before anything starts.
Do new Sable projects include Sable Care?
Yes. Every new Sable project includes its first year.
