Hospitality

Atmosphere is the product.

For restaurants, lounges and hotels, the room has to feel right at 7pm on a Saturday and every night after. We design technology that sets the mood and never interrupts service.

01 · The walkthrough

It starts in the room.

We walk the venue with you and your designer: how guests arrive, how service flows, and how the night should feel at every hour.

02 · The design

Designed around service.

Lighting for each part of the day, sound zoned room by room, and controls simple enough for anyone on shift, planned with your designer so the room looks exactly as intended.

03 · The opening

Installed around your opening date.

We schedule around your build and your launch, test every scene before the first guest, and train your team on site.

04 · Every night

Flawless on your busiest night.

Scenes for every service

Lunch, dinner, and late night, each set at one touch.

Simple for staff

Anyone on shift can run the room. No training manual.

Reliable on a full house

Systems built not to fail in the middle of service.

Consistent across venues

One standard of light, sound, and feel at every location.

05 · Care

We stay through every season.

Monitoring, updates and on-site support, so the room feels the same on night five hundred as it did on opening night.

Hospitality projects in Miami

Questions we're often asked.

Do you install lighting, sound and AV for restaurants and hotels?

Yes. We design and install lighting control, zoned audio and AV for venues of every size, from a single dining room to a hotel, and work with your designer throughout.

How is a hospitality project priced?

We price each venue individually. After a first conversation, we walk the space with you and put together a design proposal covering what we would install and what it costs, before anything is ordered.

Can staff change the lighting and music during service?

Yes. Each area gets a few clearly named scenes on a keypad, so a host or manager can change the mood in a second.

Do you work on existing venues or only new openings?

Both. We work on new openings, renovations and rollouts across several locations, and we can take over a system another company installed.

What happens if something stops working during a busy night?

Venues on Sable Care are monitored remotely, and our team can come on site when something needs hands-on attention.

Which cities do you work in?

New York, New Jersey, Las Vegas and Miami.
