Before any drawing, we learn how your days actually run: who's home, how you entertain, and what you never want to think about again.
02 · The design
Every system, drawn around the architecture.
Lighting, sound, shading, climate, security and networking, planned together and coordinated with your architect and designer, so nothing lands where it shouldn't.
03 · The build
Built alongside your trades.
We come in with the electrician, not after the drywall. Calling an integrator in late can add 20 to 30 percent to the cost. On site we work like a finish trade, and you always know where things stand.
04 · Living with it
Then you just live in it.

Morning.
Shades rise with the sun. Light warms the kitchen before you reach it. The house is ready before you are.

Evening.
As the light outside fades, the house dims itself. Lamps glow, shades lower, and music settles into the room.

Entertaining.
One touch sets the whole home for guests. Music follows them from the living room to the terrace.

Away.
Leave without checking a thing. Doors lock, lights settle, cameras watch quietly, and you can see it all from anywhere.

A private theater that rivals the real thing. Lights fade, the picture comes up, and the sound fills the room.

After move-in, we're still here.
Your first year of Sable Care is included: software kept current, scenes tuned, and a call answered by people who know your home.
Questions we're often asked.
Do you install Lutron lighting control and motorized shades?
Yes. Sable is an authorized Lutron dealer. We plan lighting control and motorized shades together, so light and shade work as one system, then install, program and fine-tune them.
Do you design home theaters and whole-home audio?
Yes. We design private theaters and music for every room, with speakers placed to suit the architecture. Music can play in a single room or across the whole house.
Do you work on renovations or only new construction?
Both. We take on new builds and renovations, and we can also look after a system that's already in the house through Sable Care.
How is a project priced?
Every home is priced on its own. It starts with a conversation about how you live, then a walkthrough of the home or the plans, then a design proposal that sets out the systems and the cost before any work begins.
When is the right time to call?
As soon as there are plans to look at. Wiring, speakers and shades are far easier to place before walls are closed, and it keeps late changes to a minimum.
