We review plans and mood, and flag what technology needs before walls are drawn.
02 · Design
We return lighting layouts, keypad and control schedules, and speaker and shade placement, all coordinated to your drawings.
03 · Review
You approve every finish, faceplate, and engraving. Nothing appears on a wall without your sign-off.
04 · Build
We coordinate on site with your trades and keep you updated.
05 · Reveal
We program, tune, and hand over a finished space, and stay on through Sable Care.

Questions we're often asked.
What does Sable deliver to an architect or interior designer?
Technology drawings your team can work from: where lighting is controlled, what each keypad says and does, and where speakers and shades sit, all matched to your set.
Which keypads and finishes can you specify?
We often specify Lutron Palladiom and Alisse keypads and Forbes & Lomax, in finishes such as brass, bronze, nickel, black or stone, chosen with you and engraved to suit the project.
Do you take on renovation projects?
Yes. Renovations need the same early coordination as new builds, and we plan around the existing structure.
How is your work priced?
Fees depend on the scope. After an initial call and a look at the plans, or a walkthrough on site, we send a design proposal that lays out the work and the price.
Can you join a project that's already underway?
Yes. The earlier the better, but we can pick up from your current drawings and coordinate with the trades already on site.
